At Impact Martial Arts Mayo we teach Self Protection, Jun fan Jeet Kune Do, Kali/Escrima, Buka Jalan Silat, JKD kickboxing, Impact submission fighting, Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu, children's class and personal tuition.

All classes are taught in a friendly safe and professional manner following the modern and forward thinking curriculum, which will help the individual make progressive gains towards realising their full potential.
